Custom

The pilot is obliged to comply with the following customs and police regulations, as well as making the crew and passengers aware of this. Furthermore, each passenger is individually responsible for complying with these regulations.
Customs regulations:

Imports:Only goods that are within the duty-free allowance and exemption limit and that are not subject to any further restrictions may be imported. These regulations can be found here:

Exports: Only tourist goods that are not subject to any further restrictions may be exported, and for which no tax exemption can be claimed as a result of exportation. Other goods may only be imported or exported via airports with customs facilities. Non-compliance with these customs regulations will be regarded as infringements and penalised accordingly. Customs inspections are carried out without prior consultation.

Police regulations: The pilot, crew and passengers must carry valid travel documents with them. Persons with a visa requirement must without fail travel in and out via an airport with customs facilities. Non-compliance with these regulations will be punished as an infringement of Article 292 of the Swiss Criminal Code.

Custom declarations for cross-border flights:Send at least 3 hours before scheduled arrival and 2 hours before scheduled departure in/from Saanen! Caution! For flights from/to Non-Schengen countries up to 15.30 LT on the previous day!
